Mob sets Union Minister RK Ranjan Singh’s house on fire in Imphal

Manipur Violence updates: The bungalow at Kongba in Imphal belonging to Union Minister of State for External Affairs RK Ranjan Singh was set on fireplace by a mob on Thursday late at evening, in accordance with a report by information company ANI citing the state authorities. 

Two days after the sharpest escalation of violence within the state resulted in 9 individuals being shot lifeless and one other 10 being injured, a mob burned down two homes as skirmishes broke out between demonstrators and safety officers in Imphal on Thursday.
