Unbeaten India beat New Zealand by 70 runs, storms into final with 10th consecutive win

India defeated New Zealand by a whopping 70 runs within the first semi-final, securing their spot within the Cricket World (*70*) final for the primary time in 12 years. This exceptional victory was largely attributed to the distinctive efficiency of Mohammed Shami, who claimed a powerful seven-wicket haul. Shami’s excellent figures of seven/57 performed a pivotal function in dismissing New Zealand for 327, as they tried to chase down India’s formidable complete of 397.

Prior to this excellent bowling show, India’s batting duo of Virat Kohli and Shreyas Iyer showcased their brilliance by scoring centuries. Their exceptional partnership propelled India to a commanding complete of 397/4, after Rohit Sharma elected to bat first.
