Earthquake tremors felt in Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, and parts of north India round 2.51 pm on Tuesday after a 6.2 magnitude earthquake in neighbouring Nepal. The National Centre for Seismology pinned the epicentre of the earthquake to Nepal. This was the second earthquake to hit the nation inside one hour, with the primary one at a magnitude of 4.2 at 2.20 pm.

Two consecutive earthquakes occurred in Nepal inside 16 16-minute hole from one another. The first one hit at 2:25 on Tuesday and the second quake hit at 2:50 pm of magnitude 6.2. Strong tremors of the earthquake had been felt in a number of parts of India together with Noida, Gurugram, and Delhi.
People rushed out of their houses all panicked and burdened.
