A special squad will probably be set up in Karnataka to check moral policing, particularly in Mangaluru, the district headquarters of Dakshina Kannada district, Karnataka Home Minister G Parameshwara stated on Tuesday.
The minister stated the target behind setting up the special squad was to create communal concord. “In Dakshina Kannada, significantly in Mangaluru, a whole lot of so-called moral policing is occurring.
