How many alcohol bottles can you carry in Delhi Metro? Rules for Delhi, Haryana, Noida

Date:

In a shock transfer by the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), Delhi Metro travellers will now be allowed to carry bottles of liquor aboard the metro trains, one thing which was strictly now allowed in the Delhi Metro because it has been established.

The DMRC introduced that passengers of the Delhi Metro can now carry two sealed bottles of alcohol on the Delhi Metro trains, a rule which is contradicting the excise coverage of Uttar Pradesh and Haryana, linked to Delhi by way of metro.

This implies that all Delhi Metro passengers should be prepared for random police checks of their baggage after they get off the practice at stations in Noida and Gurugram. NCR stations are more likely to have strict safety checks since this rule has been carried out.

The DMRC has allowed passengers to carry two sealed bottles of liquor aboard the Delhi Metro. However, this rule will not be allowed in Uttar Pradesh, which implies that the passengers can land in hassle.

According to the UP excise coverage, an individual is simply allowed to carry one bottle of liquor into the state, that too unsealed. Further, Noida’s Aqua Line in the metro doesn’t enable any alcohol, which implies that bottles from the Blue Line have an opportunity of getting confiscated.

While UP’s guidelines enable one unsealed bottle of alcohol, Haryana’s excise coverage guidelines are much more strict and don’t enable bottles that haven’t been packed in Haryana and have the ‘For Haryana Only’ tag, aside from these purchased duty-free.

Out of the whole Delhi Metro states, twelve stations on the Blue Line and two stations from the Magenta Line are in Noida. Further, there are 4 stations of the Delhi Metro Yellow Line that are in Haryana’s Gurugram.
