According to a notification issued by the Haryana administration, bulk SMS and all dongle companies offered on mobile networks, besides voice calls, will stay suspended in the jurisdiction of districts Ambala, Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Jind, Hisar, Fatehabad and Sirsa.
