In the midst of controversy surrounding Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s Type-2 diabetes remedy wants, authorities revealed on Saturday that the politician had stopped taking the drug months previous to his arrest. The officers referred Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena of Delhi to a report on the administration of the Tihar jail.
According to the officers, who cited the Tihar report, Kejriwal, who’s being handled for diabetes by a non-public doctor in Telangana, stopped taking insulin a couple of months in the past and was taking Metformin, an oral remedy, as his main type of anti-diabetes remedy on the time of his arrest.
Additionally, medical information from RML Hospital have been included within the report, which said that Kejriwal was “neither suggested any insulin nor any requirement of any insulin was indicated”.
