Massive protests erupt throughout Pakistan; this is what we all know up to now

Hours after the arrest of former Pakistan Prime Minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan, huge protests and demonstrations by his celebration supporters erupted throughout Pakistan. He was arrested outdoors the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday.

PTI Vice Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi has reiterated the celebration`s name for ‘peaceable protest’, following the arrest of former Prime Minister Khan. He mentioned he was leaving for Islamabad the place he has referred to as a gathering of the PTI management and a six-member committee to find out the subsequent plan of action, Dawn reported.
