NEW DELHI: Spectrum for mobile services will continue to be given through the public sale course of, sources mentioned, amid varied ligitations which are pending earlier than Supreme Court searching for clarification on the spectrum matter.
As enacted within the Telecom Act, 2023, duly handed by the Parliament, the sources mentioned solely restricted and narrowly outlined instances are supplied spectrum on an administrative foundation.
