MUMBAI: Holding Girgaum Chowpatty-based Cream Centre responsible of unfair commerce follow & making use of restrictive commerce follow by charging a necessary 5% service charge on meals and beverage payments, a district client fee ordered it to refund the Rs 29 service charge with a compensation of Rs 25,000 to a city-based lawyer.
