It stated that separate orders can be issued for workers on UGC/AICTE/ICAR/NJPC scales of pay and in addition in respect of NJPC pensioners. “The payment of arrears of Dearness Allowance shall not be made before the date of disbursement of salary for the month of May 2023,” the order stated.
