During the three months ended March 29, 2024, the company “recorded web features of $599 million and $293 million associated to the refranchising of its bottling operations within the Philippines and in sure territories in India,” the discharge said. In January and February 2024, the corporate refranchised bottling operations in sure territories.
In January, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, the bottling arm of Coca-Cola, introduced the switch of operations in three territories in northern India — Rajasthan, Bihar, and the north-east and West Bengal to native companions.
The firm additionally incurred $7 million transaction prices associated to the refranchising of bottling operations.
