At least 10 individuals have been killed when a bus carrying passengers skidded off the highway and rolled down into a 300-foot gorge in Jammu and Kashmir’s Doda district on Wednesday, Jammu Divisional Commissioner Ramesh Kumar mentioned.
The bus bearing registration quantity JK02CN-6555 was reportedly carrying round 40 passengers, officers mentioned, including that it skidded off the highway close to Trungal-Assar on the Batote-Kishtwar nationwide freeway and fell 300 toes downhill.
A rescue operation has been launched and some our bodies have been retrieved, they added.
