The (*16*) Jal Board (DJB) on Saturday stated that water supply in the nationwide capital’s Rohini space shall be disrupted on November 11 for 16 hours as a result of ‘upkeep work’.
There shall be no water supply in components of the nationwide capital’s Rohini space for 16 hours on November 11 as a result of upkeep work, the (*16*) Jal Board stated on Saturday.
It issued a press release, saying the affected areas would come with Rohini (*11*)-6, Rohini (*11*)-7, Rohini (*11*)-8 and their adjoining areas.
“The work of installation of flow meter at 700 mm dia. outlet line of Rohini Sector-7 BPS is proposed to take up on November 11 from 10 am onwards for 16 hours. Therefore, water supply will not be available in the evening and may be available at low pressure in the morning of November 12,” the assertion stated.
Due to the restore work, the water supply shall be stopped, and subsequently, residents of the affected areas are suggested to make considered use of water, it stated.
The assertion stated water tankers shall be out there on demand from the DJB helpline or the central management room.
