The principal of a non-public faculty in Jharkhand’s Dhanbad district was accused of ordering 80 ladies of sophistication 10 to take away their shirts for writing messages on them, prompting the administration to provoke an inquiry, an official stated on Saturday.

The incident occurred in a prestigious faculty in Digwadih below Jorapokhar police station space on Friday, Dhanbad Deputy Commissioner (DC) Madhvi Mishra stated.
The mother and father complained to the DC that class 10 college students, after finishing their examination, had been celebrating ‘pen day’ by writing messages on every others’ shirts.
The principal, who’s a girl, objected to the celebration and requested the scholars to take away their shirts, although they sought an apology. All college students had been despatched again home of their blazers without the shirts, the mother and father informed the DC.
“Several guardians lodged complaints against the principal. We also talked to some of the victim girls. The administration has taken the matter seriously. A committee has been set up to investigate the matter,” Mishra stated.
The committee consists of the sub-divisional Justice of the Peace, district training officer, district social welfare officer and the sub-divisional police officer.
Action can be taken on the idea of the probe panel’s report, the DC stated.
Despite repeated makes an attempt, the principal couldn’t be reached for remark.
Jharia MLA Ragini Singh additionally accompanied the mother and father to the DC’s workplace on Saturday once they lodged the complaints in opposition to the principal.
Singh described the incident as “shameful and unfortunate”.
