The Supreme Court on Friday granted six weeks interim bail to jailed Aam Aadmi Party chief Satyendar Jain on well being grounds. The SC allowed the previous Delhi minister to endure remedy in a hospital of his selection. The apex court docket requested Jain to provide his medical information by July 10.

On behalf of the ED, Additional Solicitor General SV Raju sought Jain’s examination by a panel of medical doctors on the AIIMS or Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital. If the medical reviews recommend remedy, then ED is not going to oppose it, Raju stated. 

The bench would look into examination of Jain by AIIMS or RML medical doctors on the subsequent listening to date.
