The BJP on Wednesday claimed Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel was busy enjoying a game on his mobile cellphone during a Congress assembly over collection of candidates for the upcoming meeting polls as he is aware of his celebration won’t retain energy within the state.
