In view of the alarming air pollution ranges, the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) carried out Phase IV of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) in Delhi-NCR from November 18. Phase IV of GRAP contains restrictions akin to a ban on entry of vehicles and suspension of public works tasks.
