CHENNAI: Samsung India Thozilalar Sangam, a commerce union affiliated with CITU, has approached the Madras HC looking for route to the Tamil Nadu labour division to register it beneath the Trade Union Act. Admitting the plea, Justice R N Manjula has directed the labour division to get rid of the applying of the commerce union in two weeks.
According to the petitioner, the formation of the union was knowledgeable to the Samsung administration on June 27 to recognise it.The union has additionally given a constitution of calls for to the administration on July 11. But the administration didn’t recognise our union, and it didn’t come ahead for talks.
