Juniper Green inks pact with SJVN to supply 320 MW renewable energy


NEW DELHI: Juniper Green Energy on Tuesday stated it has inked a energy buy settlement (PPA) with state-owned SJVN Ltd to supply round the clock 320 MW renewable energy. To cater to this, the corporate can be growing 1GW of capability throughout Gujarat and Rajasthan, a press release stated.
The 25-year PPA, secured at a tariff of Rs 4.38 per unit, propels Juniper’s operational and below development capability to 2.5 GW.
Through this venture, the corporate anticipates an annual technology of two,179 million models, which can offset roughly 20,41,811 tonne of CO2 yearly.
Moreover, these initiatives are anticipated to considerably improve the energy entry for roughly 4.34 lakh households.
