CHENNAI: Dairy firm Hatsun Agro Product (HAP) has acquired Milk Mantra Dairy and its model ‘Milky Moo‘ for Rs 233 crore.
The acquisition of the Bhubaneswar-based firm is a part of strengthening HAP’s presence within the jap Indian market. Milk Mantra Dairy has two processing services in Odisha. It gives a spread of dairy merchandise together with milk, curd and paneer by Milky Moo model.
