Complaint against Infosys for onboarding delay


BENGALURU: IT staff’ union Nascent Information Technology Employees Senate (Nites) has filed a criticism against Infosys for allegedly delaying the onboarding of over 2,000 campus hires for greater than two years. The criticism has been filed with the ministry of labour and employment.
According to Nites president Harpreet Saluja, these delays have brought about hardship to the affected staff, a lot of whom turned down different job provides counting on Infosys’s provide letters.“Now, they face financial hardship and uncertainty due to the lack of income and a clear onboarding timeline.
